The Xi'an Qujiang Taipingfang project has officially started construction, with a total construction area of 137000 square meters

On March 10th, the grand groundbreaking ceremony for the Qujiang Taipingfang project undertaken by Shaanxi Construction Eighth Construction Group was held.

It is reported that the Qujiang Taipingfang project is located in the core area of Qujiang New District in Xi'an, south of Ci'en Road and east of Ci'en East Road. It is adjacent to top cultural and tourism resources such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Night City, and Datang Furong Garden, and is located in a scarce value highland of international tourist destinations. The net land area of the project is approximately 41282 square meters, with a total construction area of 136904.70 square meters. After the completion of the project, it will form a new landmark for urban tourism, integrating high-end living, business office, leisure and commercial activities, including one high-end brand hotel (China's first Hilton LXR brand hotel), eight commercial buildings, three business office buildings, above ground and street commercial buildings, underground equipment rooms, and park commercial buildings. It will contribute to promoting higher quality development of urban commerce and cultural tourism industry.
